Chicken and cabbage rolls: a dinner idea ready in minutes!

Quick, delicious and easy to make!

INGREDIENTS

4 slices of Chicken breast

Extra virgin olive oil

Breadcrumbs

Cabbage leaves

4 slices of cooked ham

Cheese

Vegetable oil (for frying)

METHOD

Brush the chicken breast slices with olive oil and sprinkle the brushed side with the breadcrumbs.
Turn the piece over and arrange the cabbage leaf, slice of cooked ham, and piece of cheese and roll each slice.
Arrange 4 rolls and pierce with three skewers sticks and cut in the middle of each stick with the knife.
Fry in a pan with oil on both sides until they get crusty.
