This cabbage cake tastes so good!
INGREDIENTS

• 1 Savoy cabbage
• 300g mozzarella
• 200g boiled ham
• 50g parmesan
For bread:
• 100g / 0.44 cup butter
• 1 egg
• 1 yolk
• 180g / 1.44 cups flour (all-purpose)
• salt
METHOD
- Separate several large sheets of Savoy cabbage. Leave the cabbage and the leaves in boiling water and cook for 5 minutes.
- Mix all the ingredients. Knead the dough. Place the dough between two layers of parchment and roll out with a rolling pin. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Put the dough into the mold and pierce with a fork. Put parchment paper on the dough and sprinkle the beans. Bake for 15 minutes at 190 ° C / 360 ° F.
- On the baked cakes put the leaves of cabbage, ham, mozzarella. Then repeat the second layer the same. Cover with cabbage leaves. Sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
