Cabbage omelettes: the original idea for your special dinner!

INGREDIENTS
Peking cabbage
2 eggs
60g mozzarella cheese
1/4 tsp salt
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl beat 2 eggs with salt, dip the cabbage into it and fry it right away.
  2. Cut a fried slice and continue with the next slices.
  3. Transfer the slices to the pan and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese, cover with a lid and fry for about 5-7 minutes.
