Meat pies: an original idea for your dinner!

INGREDIENTS
Stale bread
700g of minced meat
50g (1/2 cup) of parmesan
Parsley
Paprika
Salt
Pepper
1 egg
1/2 of zucchini
100g of cheese
Breadcrumbs
METHOD
1. Add a slice of stale bread to the small bowl and pour the water over them. Set aside for 10 minutes and then drain it well.
2. In a bowl with minced meat add the parmesan, parsley, paprika, salt, pepper, and egg and mix to obtain the compact mixture. Take the mixture with your hand and obtain the ball.
3. Transfer the meatballs to the small tart molds (previously covered with breadcrumbs and butter) and press with your hands to cover all sides.
4. Grate the zucchini and add to the meat molds. Add the cheese and cover with the layer of meat pressing with hands to seal it well.
5. Transfer the meat molds to the baking tray covered with parchment paper and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
6. Transfer the meat pies to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 40 minutes.
7. Unmold them and serve the meat pies all together on a serving plate.
