Meat cannoli: a tasty and surprising idea!

The whole family will love this amazing recipe!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
500g (1 pound) minced beef;
45g (½ cup) parmesan;
50g (½ cup) breadcrumbs;
3 eggs;
180g (¾ cup) cream cheese;
2 slices cooked ham;
30g (½ cup) chopped pistachios.
METHOD
- Combine minced meat with parmesan, eggs, breadcrumbs and season with salt and pepper.
- Roll out the meat mixture between two oiled parchment sheets and cut into 8 squares.
- Blend cream cheese with ham and mix chopped pistachios into it.
- Pipe out cream filling in the middle of each square and fold both sides of meat over the filling.
- Bake at 180C/350F for 30-35 minutes, serve decorated with some more chopped pistachios.
