Meat cannoli: a tasty and surprising idea!

The whole family will love this amazing recipe!

INGREDIENTS

500g (1 pound) minced beef;

45g (½ cup) parmesan;

50g (½ cup) breadcrumbs;

3 eggs;

180g (¾ cup) cream cheese;

2 slices cooked ham;

30g (½ cup) chopped pistachios.

METHOD

Combine minced meat with parmesan, eggs, breadcrumbs and season with salt and pepper.
Roll out the meat mixture between two oiled parchment sheets and cut into 8 squares.
Blend cream cheese with ham and mix chopped pistachios into it.
Pipe out cream filling in the middle of each square and fold both sides of meat over the filling.
Bake at 180C/350F for 30-35 minutes, serve decorated with some more chopped pistachios.
