Meat stuffed baguette: a simple and delicious idea!

A quick and flavorful idea for a tasty dinner!

INGREDIENTS
3 medium baguette;
400g (1 lb) minced beef;
100g (1 cup) cheese;
2 diced tomatoes;
Dill;
Garlic;
4g (1 tsp) salt;
4g (1 tsp) pepper;
Butter.
 
METHOD
  1. Melt the butter in a pan. Add the meat and simmer over low heat. Add garlic, tomato, dill, salt and pepper.
  2. Saute until the meat is tender.
  3. When the meat has cooled, mix with the grated cheese.
  4. Dig out the baguette and fill it with the prepared mixture.
  5. Bake in the oven at 360°F / 180°C for 20 minutes. Serve.
