Egg baguette pie: a delicious idea for your breakfast!

The result will leave you speechless! 
 
INGREDIENTS
Baguettes 4
Eggs 9
Melted butter 1/2 cup
Onion 1 chopped
Garlic 2 tsp chopped
Parsley 2 tbsp chopped
Boiled potatoes 6-8 pieces
Ground beef 700 g
Butter 1/4 cup
Cheese 9 pieces
 
METHOD
  1. Mix melted butter with garlic and parsley.
  2. Cut baguettes so you can squares them, make incision from below. Spread the incision with butter mixture.
  3. In another bowl mix boiled potatoes with butter well. In a pan fry meat with onion and spices.
  4. Is a baking pan impose layers with meat then potatoes, cheese and eggs. Putt baguettes on side panels of baking pan and spread them with butter mixture again. Bake at 180’C/350 F for 30 min.
