Egg baguette: an easy appetizer ready in no-time!

INGREDIENTS
4 Eggs
Water
Vinegar
Tomato sauce
2 Tomatoes
2 cloves Garlic
Olive oil
4g (1 tsp) Salt
4g (1 tsp) Pepper
5g (1 tsp) Paprika
5g (1 tsp) dry thyme
Baguette
200g (1 cup) Grated cheese
METHOD
- Grate the tomatoes. In an oiled pan add garlic and grated tomatoes. Add salt, pepper, paprika and thyme. Cook it a little bit.
- In a pot put the eggs. pour the water and add some vinegar. Cook them. When the eggs are cooked, peel them and grate them.
- Cut the baguette into slices and place them in a pan. Put the tomato sauce on top of them and add grated eggs. Bake at 200 C for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle with the grated cheese. Serve.
