Stuffed baguette: a tasty idea for a quick dinner!

Can’t stop eating it! This stuffed baguette is the perfect appetizer every time!

INGREDIENTS

Baguette

6 eggs

80ml (0.3 cup) cooking cream

100g (0.7 cup) pancetta

110g (1.1 cup) Gruyere cheese

Fresh chives

Salt and black pepper

METHOD

Stir in eggs, cooking cream, then add salt, pepper, chives, bacon and parmesan. Stir everything.
Prepare the baguette for filling. Pour the mixture into the baguette.
Bake for 30-35 minutes at 175 ° C.
