Baguette raclette: a super fun and tasty idea!

This simple stuffed baguette is definitely a must try!

INGREDIENTS
2 baguettes
6 cheese slices
2 sausages
1 red onion
3 slices smoked salmon
1/4 cup chives
3 eggs
150 ml cream
1 tbsp parsley
Salt and pepper
 
METHOD
Cut the baguettes into 3 parts and place in a baking form. Cut a rectangle in each baguette.
Place 1 slice of cheese in each formed hole.
Fill 3 baguettes with half of the sausage and sprinkle with onion and other 3 baguettes with smoked salmon.
Mix eggs and cream with chopped parsley, salt and pepper and divide this mixture into pieces of bread.
Sprinkle salmon baguettes with chives.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C/350°F
