Crispy meatballs on a stick: a fun and tasty idea!

A fun And Delicious Recipes You Can Make With Your Kids!

INGREDIENTS
- ground chicken (455 g)
- breadcrumbs (25 g)
- 1 egg
- blue cheese (70 g)
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- tomoto sause (60 mL)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- cornmeal (110 g)
- cups flour (155 g)
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
- sugar (65 g)
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 egg
- milk (300 mL)
- vegetable oil, for frying
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix together ground chiken, breadcrumbs, egg, blue cheese, spieces and sause. Mix well and roll into little balls.
  2. Fry meatballs until brown on all sides.
  3. In another bowl mix cornmeal, flour, baking powder, sugar and salt, add in egg and milk.
  4. Dip meatballs into the prepared dough mixture.
  5. Lower the meatballs into the hot oil for about 4 minutes until golden brown.
