Rice meatballs: a fun twist on a traditional meatball recipe.

They are addictive!

INGREDIENTS
300g Rice
1 Egg
2 tbs spicy grain
1 tbs flour
Provola
Salt, pepper, parsley
Oil for frying
 
METHOD
  1. Pour the water into the pan, season with salt and add the rice to the boiled water. Cook and strain the rice. Pour the rice into a larger pan, add the crumbled cheese, pepper, egg, stir, then add the parsley.
  2. Cut the cheese into barbells, roll the cheese into the rice and bake in heated oil.
