WHITE WINE MEATBALLS: JUICY and DELICIOUS to make in a pan! π§

INGREDIENTS
520g of minced meat
60g of mortadella
60g (3/4 cup) of parmesan
40g (1/4 cup) of breadcrumbs
1 egg
Parsley
Salt
Pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
80ml (1/4 cup) of white wine
METHOD
1. Add the minced meat, mortadella, parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper to a bowl and combine well.
2. Take the meat mixture with oiled hands and obtain the meatballs. Pass each one to the flour.
3. Pour olive oil into the pan and transfer the meatballs. Fry them until they are golden brown.
4. Pour the white wine over the meatballs and cook for a few minutes until the wine evaporates.
5. Serve meatballs on a serving dish and pour sauce over them.
