Wine meatballs: tender and juicy for a unique second dish!

INGREDIENTS
500g of minced meat
40g (1/4 cup) of parmesan
Parsley
1 egg
Salt
Pepper
30g (1/4 cup) of breadcrumbs
Flour
Olive oil
220ml (3/4 cup) of white wine

METHOD
1. In a bowl with the minced meat add the parmesan, parsley, egg, salt, pepper, and breadcrumbs and mix with a spatula. When all start to combine mix with hands to get a compact mass.
2. Form the meatballs and pass them to the flour covering each one.
3. Pour the oil into the pan and transfer the meatballs. Fry for a few minutes and then pour the white wine.
4. Let them cook until the wine evaporates, and then remove from the heat.
5. Serve the meatballs all together on a plate and pour the sauce on top.
