Lemon meatballs: the juiciest meatballs ever !

Creamy and simple delicious, pour the lemon juice over the meatballs and try an amazing recipe!

INGREDIENTS
ground beef
ground chicken
salt
pepper
lemon zest
lemon juice
basil
1 egg
parmesan
breadcrumb
 
METHOD
1. Mix the meat with salt, pepper, lemon zest and parsley.
2. Make your meatballs and pour them in the flour.
3. Cook in a pan for 10 minutes, then add lemon zest and lemon juice.
4. Cook for other 10 minutes, then serve hot!
