INGREDIENTS
for the meatballs:
bread (crumb only)
30ml milk
400g ground beef
200g ground pork
salt
pepper
1 egg
50g Parmesan cheese
basil and parsley

flour, as needed
to bake:

DIRECTIONS
1. Soften the bread crumb in milk. Mix in the ground meat, spices and egg.
2. Add the Parmesan cheese and diced provola and mix.
3. Shape the meatballs and cover them in flour.
4. Brown them on all sides for about 10 minutes in some butter.
5. Pour the milk in the pan and continue cooking for 10/15 more minutes.
6. Once a dense cream has formed, the meatballs are ready to be served.
