Orange meatballs: for a tasty dinner in no-time

INGREDIENTS
300g turkey
1 egg
2 oranges
30g (2 tbsp) parmesan
10g (½ tbsp) mustard
2 slices of integral bread
40ml (¼ cup) milk
Breadcrumbs
Salt
Flour

METHOD
  1. Mix milk and mustard. Soak the bread with it.
  2. Add turkey, egg, soaked bread, parmesan, grated orange zest, and breadcrumbs to the mixing bowl. Knead well.
  3. Make meatballs.
  4. Roll the meatballs in flour and fry in a pan. After 10 minutes, pour over the meatballs orange juice.
  5. Cook until the meatballs are done. Serve.
