Meatball fritters: the original idea for a delicious dinner!

This is one of the most delicious ideas to cook meatballs! 
 
INGREDIENTS
 200ml (¾ cup) buttermilk;
 ½ tsp salt;
 1 tsp baking powder;
 250g (1 ⅔ cup) all-purpose flour;
 200g (1 cup) minced meat;
 1 small white onion, chopped;
 salt and pepper;
 60ml (¼ cup) water.
 
METHOD
  1.  Make the dough by combining flour, salt and baking powder. Add buttermilk and knead well.
  2.  Set the dough aside for 20 minutes.
  3.  Combine minced meat, onions and water. Season meat mixture with salt and pepper.
  4.  Cut the dough in half and roll each half into a disk.
  5.  Place portions of meat on top of one disk of the dough and cover with another. Press slightly around each portion of meat and cut the meatballs out with a small glass.
  6.  Heat up vegetable oil and fry each meatball until golden for 5-7 minutes.
