Meatballs stuffed potatoes: a unique idea to try!

INGREDIENTS
5 potatoes
600g ground-meat
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1 egg
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Parsley
3 tbsp breadcrumbs
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 cup water
Cheese
Tomatoes
oil
 
METHOD
  1. Cut the potatoes into two parts and cut the middle. Fry in a large amount of oil.
  2. Stuffing mix with all the ingredients. Shape the meatballs.
  3. Put the potatoes in a mold and salt. Put cheese, meatballs in potatoes and sprinkle cheese on top. Pour over the sauce (2 tbsp tomato paste and 1 cup water). Garnish with a half of tomato on top. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 °C / 350 °F.
