Potato flowers: a unique recipe to try!

Here's how to surprise your kids during meal times!

INGREDIENTS

3 Potatoes

300g (1 1/2 cup) Minced beef

30g (1/4 cup) Breadcrumbs

40g (1/5 cup) Cheese

Parsley

4g (1 tsp) Salt

4g (1 tsp) Pepper

1 Bell pepper

Olive oil

1 Egg

Chives

METHOD

Peel the potato and cut it into thin circles. In a pot pour water and add salt. Put the potato into it and cook. When it is well cooked put it into a bowl and pour some olive oil.
In a bowl put the minced beef and add grounded cheese, chopped parsley, salt, pepper and egg. Mix it and make little balls.
Cut the bell pepper and put it into a baking pan. Add potato and put the meatball in the middle. Put little chopped chives around the ball. Bake at 180C for 20 minutes.
