Salami flowers: a tasty recipe with few ingredients!

Fun and tasty this recipe is amazing!
INGREDIENTS

600g mashed potatoes
150g cream cheese
7g (2 tbsp) dill, chopped
black pepper to taste
150 g (5 oz) salami, sliced
Cherry tomatoes halved
30 ml (2 tbsp) olive oil
METHOD
- Cook potatoes in salted boiling water for 20-30 minutes, then mash them and let cool a bit (you can also use leftover mashed potatoes). Preheat the oven to 180C/360F.
- Add cream cheese, dill, and pepper, mix well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Grease muffin tray molds with olive oil.
- Arrange 4 salami slices into each muffin slot.
- Place a tablespoon of potato mixture between salami slices, to obtain a “flower”. Continue to make such “flowers” until you use all of the remaining ingredients.
- Cut cherry tomatoes in half and put a half on top of each “flower”.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
