How to turn simple salami slices into 3 amazing appetizers!

1) Salami tacos

INGREDIENTS

Thinly sliced salami;
120 g (1 cup) cream cheese;
Green olives.

METHOD

Pipe cream cheese in the middle of the salami slice, forming 2 strips.
Place olives on top and fold the salami in half around the cheese.

2) Salami rolls

INGREDIENTS

thinly sliced salami;
120 g (1 cup) cream cheese.

METHOD

Place a dollop of cream cheese in the center of the salami slice. Spread out with a spoon.
Roll carefully, then trim the edges and cut them in half.
Place a toothpick inside.

3) Salami roses

INGREDIENTS

9-12 salami slices;
3 jalapeño pepper.

METHOD

Cut peppers with cooking scissors as shown in the video.
Scrape out excess seeds.
Place 3 slices of salami overlapping. Roll to form a rosebud.
Place each rosebud inside of jalapeño pepper.
