SALAMI CROSTINI: Enhance your appetizer with this truly delicious idea!

INGREDIENTS
1 loaf of bread
Black olives
Salami
160g (3/4 cup) cream cheese
Parsley
METHOD
1. Slice the bread and arrange the slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 8 minutes.
2. Take a slice of salami and fold it over itself like an accordion. Pinch in the middle and spread the sides to create a bow. Cut one side of a pitted black olive and place it around the salami to secure it.
3. Mix the cream cheese with a spatula and fill a piping bag.
4. Place the toasted bread slices on a plate and pipe the cream cheese onto the bread, creating small dollops. Place the salami bow on top and garnish with a parsley leaf.
5. Serve the crostini on a serving dish and enjoy.
