Here's a fun appetizer that will rock your party!

INGREDIENTS

200ml/0.8 cup warm milk

200ml/0.85 cup warm water

1 tbsp sugar

10g dry yeast

1 tsp salt

3 tbsp oil

600g / 4.8 cups flour (all-purpose)

METHOD

Mix all ingredients. Knead the dough. Let rise for an hour.
Divide the dough into portions and roll out the balls. String the balls on skewers.
Deep-fry.
