Savory skewers: the unique idea for a delicious appetizer!

Here's a fun appetizer that will rock your party!

INGREDIENTS
200ml/0.8 cup warm milk
200ml/0.85 cup warm water
1 tbsp sugar
10g dry yeast
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp oil
600g / 4.8 cups flour (all-purpose)
 
METHOD
  1. Mix all ingredients. Knead the dough. Let rise for an hour.
  2. Divide the dough into portions and roll out the balls. String the balls on skewers.
  3. Deep-fry.
