INGREDIENTS
370g (3 cups) of all-purpose flour
1 egg
1 egg yolk
20g (1 1/2 tbsp) of sugar
8g of instant yeast
210ml (3/4 cup) of milk
8g (1 1/4 tsp) of salt
65g (1/4 cup) of butter
1 egg for egg wash
250g of camembert cheese
Honey
Butter for brushing
METHOD
1. In a bowl add the flour, egg, egg yolk, sugar, yeast, milk, and salt and mix all together. When all the ingredients are combined and the dough starts to come together, knead it with your hands.

3. When the time has elapsed remove the cling film, punch out the gas from the dough press with your hand and transfer the dough to the working surface.
4. Divide it into 48 pieces, around 15 g each, and roll it into balls. Arrange the dough balls in a circle around the wooden box. Cover with a cloth and let it rise for 30 minutes.
5. After 30 minutes brush them with egg wash and add the cheese into the middle of the box adding honey on top of the cheese. Transfer to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 20 minutes.
6. After baking brush the bread with melted butter and serve.
