Baked Camembert pastry pie: how to make it step by step!

In just 40 minutes you'll make a delightful appetizer. Perfect for sharing!
INGREDIENTS
2 sheets puff pastry;
1 camembert cheese;
small sausages;
1 egg;
Italian herbs and sesame seeds.

METHOD
- Cut 2 circles out of 2 sheets of rolled-out puff pastry.
- Cut the top off of the camembert round and sprinkle Italian herbs over it.
- Place camembert on top of one of the pastry sheets and cover it with another round of pastry. Put pieces of parchment between two sheets of pastry.
- Place small sausages around the cheese. Cut the puff pastry on both sides of the sausage and brush with beaten egg. Roll tightly.
- Remove pieces of parchment and repeat the same process on the bottom piece of pastry.
- Brush the whole thing with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Bake at 190°C/375°F for 40 minutes.
