Baked Camembert pastry pie: how to make it step by step!

In just 40 minutes you'll make a delightful appetizer. Perfect for sharing!
 
INGREDIENTS
2 sheets puff pastry;
1 camembert cheese;
small sausages;
1 egg;
Italian herbs and sesame seeds.
METHOD
  1. Cut 2 circles out of 2 sheets of rolled-out puff pastry.
  2. Cut the top off of the camembert round and sprinkle Italian herbs over it.
  3. Place camembert on top of one of the pastry sheets and cover it with another round of pastry. Put pieces of parchment between two sheets of pastry.
  4. Place small sausages around the cheese. Cut the puff pastry on both sides of the sausage and brush with beaten egg. Roll tightly.
  5. Remove pieces of parchment and repeat the same process on the bottom piece of pastry.
  6. Brush the whole thing with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  7. Bake at 190°C/375°F for 40 minutes.
