Meatloaf with potatoes: how to make it step by step!

Nothing says classic comfort like this tender meatloaf! 
This traditional meatloaf recipe is just like mom used to make! 
 
INGREDIENTS
500g (17 oz) Minced beef
2 Eggs
30g (3 tbsp) Breadcrumbs
4g (1 tsp) Cumin
90g (3/4 cup) Cheese
4 Potatoes
Oil
Salt

METHOD
  1. In a bowl add minced beef, breadcrumbs, 2 eggs, cumin and salt.
  2. Mix it and spread it on baking paper. Add cheese cut into cubes.
  3. Roll it and refrigerate. Cut the potatoes and put them in a pan and place the meat roll in the middle.
  4. Bake it at 180C for 45 minutes. Serve.
