Cheesy focaccia in a pan: how to make it in a few steps!

So delicious and easy to make, the result is irresistible! 
 
INGREDIENTS
110g (¾ cup) all-purpose flour;
60ml (¼ cup) warm milk;
30ml (2 ¼ tbsp) vegetable oil;
a pinch of salt;
1 medium potato, peeled and boiled;
120g (1 cup) cheese, shredded.
METHOD
  1. Combine flour with salt, then pour in vegetable oil and warm milk.
  2. Knead until smooth dough forms, then cover it and set aside for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Mash hot potato with a potato masher, then let it cool down slightly.
  4. Roll out the dough into a disk, place ⅔ cheese on top, then add potato mash and more cheese.
  5. Pinch the edges of the dough together to close the filling.
  6. Cook flatbread with some vegetable oil or butter over medium-low heat for 5 minutes per side.
