The meatloaf is so tender and juicy on the inside with a sweet and tangy glaze that adds so much flavor to the meatloaf!
And you can make it in a loaf pan in 10 minutes!

INGREDIENTS
• 750g Ground Beef
• 3 eggs
• 1 onion
• 1 cup breadcrumbs
• 2 tbsp yellow mustard
• 28 bacon strips
• 10 mini cheese
• 2 tomatoes, chopped
• 2 pickled cucumbers
- METHOD
In a medium-sized bowl, mix ground beef, eggs, onions, breadcrumbs and mustard. - Cover the bread baking form with bacon strips
- Spread half the ground beef in the form. Add mini cheese in the middle. Add the diced tomatoes and pickles and cover with the remaining beef mixture.
- Fold the bacon pieces to close the loaf and bake for 45 minutes at 180°C/350°F.
