How to make meatloaf the right way with a simple trick!

The meatloaf is so tender and juicy on the inside with a sweet and tangy glaze that adds so much flavor to the meatloaf!

And you can make it in a loaf pan in 10 minutes!

INGREDIENTS
• 750g Ground Beef
• 3 eggs
• 1 onion
• 1 cup breadcrumbs
• 2 tbsp yellow mustard
• 28 bacon strips
• 10 mini cheese
• 2 tomatoes, chopped
• 2 pickled cucumbers
 
  1. METHOD
    In a medium-sized bowl, mix ground beef, eggs, onions, breadcrumbs and mustard.
  2. Cover the bread baking form with bacon strips
  3. Spread half the ground beef in the form. Add mini cheese in the middle. Add the diced tomatoes and pickles and cover with the remaining beef mixture.
  4. Fold the bacon pieces to close the loaf and bake for 45 minutes at 180°C/350°F.
