How to line your pans: 3 easy tricks with parchment paper!

Here are 3 quick and easy tricks to line your baking sheets with parchment paper!
Whether it is rectangular, round or the mold for plumcakes, it takes very little to line it with parchment paper.
1. Rectangular pan:
Place the baking tray on a sheet of baking paper, make 4 cuts near the corners and fold the paper.
This will fit perfectly into the baking sheet.
2. Round cake pan
Create a fan with baking paper and then cut by measuring the diameter of the baking pan.
3. Pund cake mold
Turn the mold over the baking paper, take measurements and practice cutting the edges.
Plus, bonus trick: if you wet the paper and squeeze it, it’s even easier to work!
