How to use parchment paper in many different ways

Parchment paper or baking paper can be very useful when it comes to making food everyday. 
 
However, not everyone knows that it can be used in many different ways beside its original purpose. 
 
Let's see how. 
 
1. Oven: obviously the most common way to use baking paper is for baking. Just coat a tray to avoid sticking and staining. 
 
2. Pan: if you don't have a non-stick pan, baking paper does the trick! Just place it on the bottom of a regular pan before putting food in it. 
 
3. Mold: by folding the angles of a rectangular piece of baking paper you can make a customized mold so that oil and other cooking juices won't spill. 
 
4. Pound cake: pound cake molds can be tricky. You just have to fold it alongside the edges to coat it perfectly.
