How to prevent food from sticking to the baking pan

Baking food is a nice cooking method to make crispy and light recipes: it takes a lot sometimes but the end result is so delicious!
It's really a waste when food sticks to the bottom of the pan, and sometimes burns.
If you noticed food sticking to the baking pan during cooking, you probably need to "burn" the pan itself: using this hack you will create a non-stick film to it so that this you won't stumble into this annoying inconvenience anymore.
It's not so difficult as it may look, but you need to make some important steps.

Baking pan
Vegetable oil
Paper towels
Directions
1. For starters clean the pan with soapy water, then rinse well.
2. Dry with a towel, then bake at 10 minutes.
3. Damp paper towel with vegetable oil and rub all over the pan. Don't forget corners and the bottom.
4. Bake again at 250/280° for 30 minutes.
