Crab Rangoon Mozzarella Sticks

INGREDIENTS
8 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded (2 cups)
8 oz imitation crabmeat, chopped
4 green onions, thinly sliced
1 tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
2 tbsp water
1 3/4 cups panko bread crumbs
Vegetable oil for frying
8 oz imitation crabmeat, chopped
4 green onions, thinly sliced
1 tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
2 tbsp water
1 3/4 cups panko bread crumbs
Vegetable oil for frying
METHOD
Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl Mix cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, crab meat, green onions, powdered sugar, salt and garlic powder until combined. Transfer to prepared pan and freeze 30 minutes.
Cut mixture into 8 sticks.
In a bowl dish beat eggs and water.
Dip cream cheese sticks into the flour, then dip into the egg mixture. Coat with panko.
Freeze breaded sticks for 15 minutes.
Fry sticks until golden brown, about 1 minute.
