Pizza sticks

Ingredients:
1 tbsp dry yeast;
3 tbsp sugar;
2/3 cup all-purpose flour;
1 cup corn flour;
2/3 cup milk;
1 egg;
1 tsp tomato paste;
1 block mozzarella cheese;
8 slices prosciutto;
salt and pepper;
vegetable oil for frying.

Instructions
Make quick corndog batter by mixing dry ingredients and combining them with milk and egg until smooth batter forms. Add seasoning and tomato paste in.
Cut block of cheese into 8 sticks and wrap each in prosciutto. Skewer cheese sticks and dip into the batter.
Fry corn dogs in preheated vegetable oil until golden (about 3-4 minutes). Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
