Cheese sticks

Ingredients:
130 g (4.5 oz) all-purpose flour;
3 tbsp water;
30 g (1 oz) almond flour;
¼ cup milk;
2 tbsp butter, melted;
a pinch of salt;
8 sticks cheese;
vegetable oil for frying.

Instructions
Mix flours with salt. Add liquid ingredients and mix until the dough forms. Knead the dough until smooth, cover and leave for 1 hour.
Roll out the dough and cut into about 2.5 cm/1 inch strips.
Brush strips with water slightly and wrap each one around cheese sticks to cover them completely without any small gaps.
Fry cheese sticks in preheated oil until golden and serve with a variety of sauces.
