Stringy sticks: tantalizing and irresistible!

INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
200ml (1 cup) milk
8g (1 tsp) salt
10g (2 1/2 tsp) of baking powder
400g (3 1/3 cups) of flour
300g of Cheddar cheese
Oil for frying
METHOD
- Mix the flour with baking powder.
- Add milk and salt to the bowl.
- Mix all together until kneading the smooth dough.
- Cover the dough and set it aside for 15 minutes.
- Cut the cheese on the rectangles.
- Sprinkle the flour and roll out the dough.
- Add cheese on top of the rolled dough and cut into 15 pieces.
- Create sticks and press with the fingertips and fork to stick.
- Fry sticks on both sides in preheated oil until golden.
