Stringy sticks: tantalizing and irresistible!

You won't be able to stop at one!

INGREDIENTS
200ml (1 cup) milk
8g (1 tsp) salt
10g (2 1/2 tsp) of baking powder
400g (3 1/3 cups) of flour
300g of Cheddar cheese
Oil for frying

METHOD
  1. Mix the flour with baking powder.
  2. Add milk and salt to the bowl.
  3. Mix all together until kneading the smooth dough.
  4. Cover the dough and set it aside for 15 minutes.
  5. Cut the cheese on the rectangles.
  6. Sprinkle the flour and roll out the dough.
  7. Add cheese on top of the rolled dough and cut into 15 pieces.
  8. Create sticks and press with the fingertips and fork to stick.
  9. Fry sticks on both sides in preheated oil until golden.
