Braids on a stick: easy to make with chopsticks!

INGREDIENTS
200ml (3/4 cup) of milk (warm)
30ml (1/4 cup) of vegetable oil
15g (1 tbsp) of sugar
7g (1 1/2 tsp) of dry yeast
1 egg
360g (3 cups) of flour
6g (1 tsp) of salt
20g (1/2 tbsp) of butter + more for spreading

METHOD
- In a bowl add the warm milk, vegetable oil, sugar, dry yeast, egg white, and mix until the sugar is dissolved.
- Gradually add the flour, add the salt and mix until the dough is created. Knead the dough with the hand until is smooth.
- Add the butter and knead with butter for 3-4 minutes more until the dough is soft. Let the dough rise for 2 hours in a warm place.
- After time has elapsed punch out the gas from the dough and split it into 8 pieces and create a small ball.
- Roll out each ball, spread a teaspoon of butter, and roll the dough lengthwise stretching it a little.
- Flour the sticks and roll out the dough into the sticks to create a shape. Slowly remove the sticks.
- Transfer the braids into the baking tray covered with parchment paper. Cover them with the cloth and let them rest for 15-20 minutes.
- After time has elapsed brush them with egg yolk and add sesame seeds on each one. Bake in the oven at 185°C/365°F for 20 minutes.
