Soft garlic braids: easy to make and appetizing!

INGREDIENTS
110ml (1/2 cup) of milk
110ml (1/2 cup) of water
1 egg
7g of dry yeast
35g (1/4 cup) of sugar
350g (3 cups) of all-purpose flour
7g (1/2 tbsp) of salt
40g (2 3/4 tbsp) of butter
For garlic butter
60g (1/4 cup) of butter
4 cloves of garlic
Parsley
Salt
Egg for egg wash
Cheese

METHOD
1. In a bowl add the milk, water, egg, dry yeast, and sugar, and mix with a spatula. Add flour, and salt and continue with mixing to combine. Cover with cling film and transfer to the fridge for 20 minutes.
2. After time has elapsed add the butter to the dough and knead the dough until absorbs butter and becomes smooth. Cover with cling film and let it rise for 90 minutes, or until is double in volume.
3. After 90 minutes transfer the dough to the working surface and split it into 16 pieces. Form the balls and transfer them to the plate. Cover with a cloth and let them rest for 20 minutes.
4. Flatten each ball with the hands and obtain the sticks. Place two sticks to each other and form the braid shape.
5. Transfer braids to the baking tray covered with parchment paper and cover with cloth. Let them rise for 90 minutes.
6. In a small bowl add the butter, garlic, parsley, and salt and mix to combine. Transfer to the piping bag.
7. After 90 minutes spread the garlic butter on a bun, brush with egg, and arrange the cheese.
8. Transfer to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 15 minutes. Serve them all together on a serving dish after baking and enjoy.
