Sesame no knead brioche braid: how to make them fluffy and soft!

INGREDIENTS
Bread Flour 300g
Sugar 20g
Salt 3g
Egg 1
Fresh Yeast 9g
Water 60g
Milk 70g
Unsalted Butter 30g
White Sesame in moderation
Unsalted Butter 25g
METHOD
- In a bowl mix warm milk, water, sugar and yeast. Add in egg, flour and salt.
- Mix it well. Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes. Divide into 6 portions.
- Make a balls and let it rest for 15 minutes more. Form long strips from dough balls and intertwine them.
- Dip them into sesame seeds and transfer them into a baking pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 160 ' C ( 320 ' F )
- Then add the butter on top of the braid and bake for 15 minutes more.
