Stuffed brioche braids: fluffy and delicious!

INGREDIENTS
440ml (1 4/5 cups) of lukewarm milk 
100g (1/4 cup) of condensed milk 
10g of dry yeast
4 eggs
2 tbsp of mayonnaise
150g (3/5 cup) melted butter
900g (6 3/8 cups) of flour 
1 tsp of salt  

200g of cheese
100g (1/2 cup) of butter 
200g (1 cup) of sugar 
100g (3/4 cup) of flour 
80g of raisins 
Egg wash 
Sesame seeds 

METHOD
1. In a bowl mix together milk, condensed milk, and yeast, add in eggs, mayonnaise, melted butter, flour, and salt. Let the dough rise for 2 hours.
2. In another bowl mix together cheese and sugar, and in the third bowl mix together butter, sugar, and flour. 
3. Divide the dough into 9 pieces, and make 3 braids filled with cheese, raisins, and prepared butter mixture. 
4. Transfer to the baking pan, let it rise for 20 minutes more, and spread with egg wash, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
5. Baking at 180°C/360°F for 35 minutes.
