Stuffed potato braids: they will be delicious!

They are so easy and they will be a family-favorite!
INGREDIENTS
Cake:
Warm milk – 150 ml
Warm water – 150 ml
Sugar – 1 Tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Egg – 1 pcs
Oil – 80 ml
Dry yeast – 1 tsp
Plain flour – 550-600 g
Filling:
Potatoes – 800 g
Onion – 1 pcs
Tomato – 1 pcs
Oil – 30 ml
Salt – ½ tsp
Parsley
Topping:
Egg – 1 pcs
Sesame
METHOD
- In a bowl put the egg, salt, sugar and whisk it. Add oil, water and milk. Mix it and then add yeast. Put the flour in it and mix well. Leave it covered for 1 hour.
- In a pan put the oil, onion and salt. When the onion is softened add grated tomato. Cook it for few minutes. In a pot add potatoes with water. Cook for a while and then mash them. In mashed potatoes add prepared sauce and make rolls of it.
- Make a ball of the dough and leave them covered for about 10 minutes. Spread each ball and but six strings. Braid the strings and put over the added filling. Cover them with egg wash and add sesame. Bake on 180C for 25-30 minutes. Serve.
