CHOCOLATE PUFF PASTRY BRAID: easy and delicious! π«

INGREDIENTS
1 rectangular puff pastry roll
150g hazelnut spread
40g chocolate chips
Milk (as needed)
Granulated sugar (as needed)

METHOD
1. Cut the puff pastry into 3 sheets using a wheel cutter or a knife.
2. Spread the hazelnut cream in the center of each sheet using a teaspoon.
3. Add the chocolate chips on top of the cream.
4. Fold the sheets over from top and bottom, making sure to pinch the folds of the pastry together using your fingertips.
5. Then, fold it lengthwise, ensuring the layers of pastry stick together by pressing with your fingertips.
6. Firmly compact the top part of the three rolls, braid them together, and compact the bottom part.
7. Brush the braid with milk, then sprinkle granulated sugar on top.
8. Bake at 180Β°C (350Β°F) for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
