Bicolor puff pastry braid: a sweet and original idea for your breakfast!

INGREDIENTS
1 milk or dark chocolate bar
1 white chocolate bar
1 roll of puff pastry
1 yolk
Almond flakes

METHOD
1. Divide the chocolate bars into several cubes.
2. Unroll the puff pastry and compose your checkered bar alternating the different chocolate cubes.
3. Practice the cuts on the sides of the dough and braid to cover everything.
4. Turn off a beaten egg yolk with a little milk on the surface and add the almond flakes. 
5. Bake at 190 ºC/374°F for 20 to 25 minutes.
6. Sprinkle with plenty of icing sugar and serve hot.
