PUFF PASTRY BASKETS: they will be PERFECT for your APERITIFS! π€©

INGREDIENTS
1 roll of puff pastry
Egg yolk for brushing
200g of mortadella
200g (3/4 cup) of ricotta
Pistachio grains
METHOD
1. Unroll the puff pastry on a working surface and cut it into rectangles. Transfer them to the muffin pan and place the rectangles in the mold.
2. Pierce the puff pastry rectangles with the fork and brush with the egg. Transfer to the oven and bake at 180Β°C/360Β°F for 20 minutes.
3. Remove the puff pastry baskets from the muffin pan after baking. Stuff the baskets with mortadella, ricotta, and chopped pistachios
4. Serve puff pastry baskets all together on a serving dish and enjoy.
