Puff pastry cannoli: an easy to prepare and delicious treat!

These puff pastry cannoli are very easy to prepare. Surprise your guests with these sweet treats!INGREDIENTS
- one sheet of puff pastry
- 300gr pastry cream made with 150gr custard+ 150g whipped cream
- ground hazelnuts
ingredients for the pastry cream;
2 egg yolks
20 gr flour
50 gr sugar
200 ml milk
DIRECTIONS:
Cut the puff pastry into strips, roll the parchment paper into a cannoli shape. Wrap each strip of puff pastry around the parchment paper letting it overlap at the end a bit. Brush the surface of the cannoli with the egg yolk and bake until the puff pastry puffs up. Fill with the pastry cream, made by mixing the custard and whipped cream together, and decorate with the ground hazelnuts.
Bet you can’t eat just one!
