Try the savory puff pastry cannoli for a truly delicious appetizer!

INGREDIENTS
1 roll of puff pastry
Egg for egg wash
Speck
120g (1/2 cup) of cream cheese
120g (1/2 cup) of ricotta
Salt
Pepper
Lemon (zest)
Parsley
METHOD
1. Unroll the puff pastry on a cutting board and cut it with the pasta wheel cutter on strips.
2. Prepare the cones from parchment paper and place the strip around to obtain the cannoli.
3. Transfer them to the baking tray covered with parchment paper and brush the cannoli with the egg. Bake in oven at 180°C/360°F 15 min.
4. Arrange the speck in a pan and brown it. Remove from the heat and cut into pieces.
5. In a bowl add the cream cheese, ricotta, salt, pepper, lemon (zest), and parsley and mix with a spatula to combine. Fill the piping bag.
6. Remove the parchment paper from the cannoli and fill each cannoli. Dip the top part of the cannoli in speck pieces.
7. Serve them all together on a serving plate.
