Puff pastry cannolo: with mini cannolis full of cream!

Giant Cannoli Is Stuffed with more Cannoli full of cream!

You must try it!

INGREDIENTS
 
 3 pcg puff pastry
 200g custard cream
 50g whipped cream
 1/2 cup dark chocolate, melted
 1 egg
 Sugar
 Powdered sugar
 
METHOD
  1. Form a large sheet of cardboard for cannolo, secure the edges with a stapler. Wrap it with foil, and then parchment paper and brush with butter.
  2. Cut the puff pastry into strips and form cannolo. Brush with beaten egg, roll in sugar.
  3. Form a small cannoli, brush with egg, sprinkle with sugar.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes at 200C/390F
  5. Let the cannolicool, mix the custard and whipped cream, fill the small cannoli with cream and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  6. Grease cannolo with chocolate inside and fill with small cannoli
  7. Tie a ribbon.
