Mini pasqualine: a delicious puff pastry recipe for Easter!

INGREDIENTS
1 roll of puff pastry
300g of spinach
250g of ricotta
4 eggs
30g of cheese
2 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp salt
300g of spinach
250g of ricotta
4 eggs
30g of cheese

1/2 tsp salt
METHOD
- Place the eggs into the saucepan, and cook in boiling water for 8 minutes.
- Cook spinach in salted boiling water for 3-4 minutes, blend it, and mix with ricotta and cheese.
- Place spinach mixture and egg into one piece of puff pastry, cover with more spinach mixture and puff pastry, repeat with others.
- Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 30 minutes.
