Quick puff pastry mini pizzas: perfect for a quick snack, and they’re super easy to make!

Cheesy and fun, these mini pizzas are ready in just 15 minutes.
 
INGREDIENTS
1 sheet puff pastry 
tomato sauce
basil
Grana Padano cheese
Mozzarella
oregano
olive oil
 
DIRECTIONS
1. Cut the puff pastry sheet into circles.
2. Top with tomato sauce seasoned with salt, add the oregano, Grana Padano cheese, mozzarella and olive oil.
3. Garnish with some basil and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
4. Serve hot.
