Prawns wrapped in puff pastry: a quick and easy way to make a starter!

These prawns wrapped in puff pastry are easy and very quick to prepare, but they are also very unique and tasty! All you need are some fresh prawns or good quality frozen prawns and a sheet of puff pastry. Clean the prawns and let them marinate for 10 minutes in a mixture of lemon, oil, salt and pepper. Slice the puff pastry into strips and wrap them around each prawn. Brush with an egg yolk wash and bake for 15/20 minutes. You are going to love the final result!
